Como una muestra más de la presencia y reconocimiento de ADEMI, el Centro de Seguridad y Salud Laboral de la Consejería de Empleo de la Junta de Castilla y León invitó a la Asociación a colaborar con ellos, como en otros anteriores, en el desarrollo dela Jornada Técnica “Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en operaciones de mantenimiento, montaje y reparación de instalaciones y equipos de trabajo”. El panel de ponencias se inició con la presentación realizada por el director del Centro, José Miguel Muñoz Bellido, quien presentó los datos de siniestralidad del sector en la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León. A continuación, Julio Nieto de la Cierva, secretario general de ADEMI, presentó los datos generales del sector, la representatividad de la Asociación en el mismo, y las características y claves principales de la prevención en el sector; finalizando con una presentación de los trabajos delos Comités de Prevención y Formación, y de los Centros de Formación ADEMI en Madrid y Barcelona. Éxito de participación en el nuevo curso impartido por ADEMI: ISO 45001

Todo ello seráobjeto de análisis en los World Café de ADEMI. Estos encuentros estánplanteados con una agenda estructurada para la obtención de conclusionesdurante el propio evento. El pasado 18 dediciembre tuvo lugar la primera ronda de los cuatros Desayunos de Trabajoprevistos, en el Centro de Formación ADEMI, en San Sebastián de los Reyes,Madrid, y para los que se contó también con laparticipación de RECYCLIA. Enrique Parra,presidente del Comité de Formación de ADEMI, presentó el encuentro, que versósobre La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa en el Sector Infraestructuras. A continuación,Cándido S. Pérez Serrano, socio responsable de Infraestructuras, Transporte,Gobierno y Sanidad de KPMG en España, expuso los principales retos del sector,revisándolos desde una triple óptica: • Las oportunidadesque ofrecen las tecnologías digitales como facilitadores de la transformacióndigital. • Los retos queinfluyen en los modelos de negocio. • Los retosrelacionados con los modelos operativos. Con el objetivo deidentificar las claves y las palancas de éxito para afrontar estos retos, ADEMIcuenta con la colaboración de KPMG, quien ofrecerá su experiencia yconocimiento tanto del sector de las Infraestructuras como de la tecnología másdisruptiva aplicable a la gestión de los negocios y de especialidades concretasconectadas con todos estos elementos. De esta manera, eneste primer encuentro, Ramón Pueyo, socio de Sostenibilidad de KPMG en España,realizó una exposición presentando los diferentes aspectos y las claves de laResponsabilidad Social Corporativa así como la Agenda de Sostenibilidad en el cortoy medio-largo plazo. Para ello, a travésde una innovadora tecnología, recabó en tiempo real, la situación actual y laspreocupaciones de los máximos directivos de las empresas de ADEMI en estamateria. Así, porque lasostenibilidad no sólo es una cuestión de analizar y mitigar riesgos en elcorto y medio plazo, sino también de ser capaz de desarrollar oportunidades alargo plazo, Pueyo apuntó, a través de una detallada hoja de ruta, las líneasde trabajo a futuro para el sector en materia de sostenibilidad. Tras esta inmersiónen el presente y en los retos de futuro, KPMG informó sobre las novedades en lainformación no financiera, explicando a los asistentes los nuevosrequerimientos y obligaciones de reporting de las empresas afectadas por la Leyde Información no Financiera, cuyo anteproyecto aprobó el Gobierno el 13diciembre de 2017. KPMG finalizó suintervención con una explicación de los diferentes índices de sostenibilidad ylos aspectos valorados en los mismos. Acto seguido,Gonzalo Torralbo, director de Relaciones Institucionales y Empresas de RECYCLIA(la mayor entidad administradora de residuos eléctricos y electrónicos, pilas yluminarias, que agrupa a cuatro Fundaciones medioambientales: Ecoplias,Ecofimática, Ecoasimelec y Ecolum), habló de la aportación social ymedioambiental que viene realizando la entidad a la Economía Circular. Durante suexposición, Gonzalo Torralbo marcó las líneas de trabajo de RECYCLIA en estecampo y de cómo el antiguo modelo lineal de los materiales(recurso-producto residuo) necesita adaptarse a un modelo eficiente, unmodelo circular que ayude a organizar y gestionar un consumo responsable de losrecursos naturales que disponemos resaltando la importancia de la reutilizaciónde los mismos. Es así como nacen las “6 R”: Reducir, Reutilizar, Reciclar,Repensar, Reestructurar y Redistribuir. Esta tendenciamarcará un hito en los modelos de desarrollo de negocio futuros y supone unanueva visión que moviliza a todos los elementos necesarios para una economíasana y respetable con el medio ambiente. RECYCLIA agrupa alas Fundaciones mencionadas que, como SCRAPS, han sido las entidades encargadasde ofrecer a las empresas productoras, y a los consumidores, la coberturanecesaria para la correcta recogida y oportuno reciclado de aparatos eléctricosy electrónicos (RAEE) y de las pilas desechadas. Desde el año 2001 hagestionado más de 213.000 toneladas de RAEE y, desde 2008, más de 26.000toneladas de pilas y baterías usadas. RECYCLIA cuenta con 1.307 empresaadheridas y un despliegue de 49.481 puntos de recogida; ubicados en PuntosLimpios, tiendas y establecimientos comerciales de todo tipo y puntos asociadosa operativas específicas de sectores profesionales e industriales. Finalmente, GonzaloFornos, director de Management Consulting de KPMG en España, cerró el encuentroy emplazó a los asistentes para el próximo World Café, que tendrá lugar entrefebrero-marzo de 2019 y versará sobre El futuro de las compras en un EntornoGlobal y Digital. Subir la presión fiscal a las empresas lastraría la competitividad

Incrementarla recaudación aumentando los impuestos sobre las empresas es un error”. Esta es una de las principales conclusiones del informe“Tributación Empresarial” que ha publicado CEOE, en el que se hace un análisis exhaustivo de la recaudación tributaria y de la aportación que realizan las empresas. El documento destaca que la proporción de recaudación que en España procede de las compañías “es considerablemente superior a la media europea” y afirma que “la presión fiscal empresarial en España es alta en comparación con los países de nuestro entorno y debe bajar, no subir”. Según la Confederación deEmpresarios, elevar la carga que en el Impuesto sobre Sociedades soportan lascompañías nacionales sin reducir su presión fiscal total mediante la reducciónde otros tributos, como las cotizaciones sociales a cargo del empleador,“lastraría la competitividad de nuestras empresas, retraería la inversiónnacional y extranjera y reduciría a medio plazo la tributación, consiguiendo unefecto contrario al deseado”. El informe destaca que losingresos públicos que aportan las empresas respecto al total es en España del30,4%,mientras que la media de la Eurozona es del 26,2%. Además, con datos delinforme “Paying Taxes” que el Banco Mundial y PwC elaboran anualmente, laConfederación detalla que “en España las empresas soportan una carga tributariacon un tipo real del 46,9% sobre beneficios, frente a una media de la UniónEuropea del 40,9%”. Es decir, que incluyendo el efecto de todos los impuestosque inciden sobre las sociedades, la presión fiscal empresarial de España esseis puntos porcentuales superior a la media de la UE. CEOE, tras analizar laevolución de los ingresos fiscales, destaca que “en España no existe unproblema de recaudación tributaria”. De hecho, la recaudación de 2017 se sitúaprácticamente en los mismos niveles de 2007, máximo de la serie histórica. La Confederación tambiénexplica que “el motivo de la lenta recuperación de la recaudación por Impuestosobre Sociedades respecto a 2007 obedecería fundamentalmente a la bajada debeneficios empresariales durante la crisis”. Del total de 1,26 millones deempresas activas en 2007, el 53,59% presentaban bases imponibles negativas y el46,41%bases imponibles positivas. En 2014, un 63,09% presentaban basesimponibles negativas y tan solo un 36,91% bases imponibles positivas. De lacifra de empresas activas previstas para 2017, alrededor de 1,13 millones, seprevé que alrededor de un 59% tengan bases imponibles negativas y un 41% basesimponibles positivas. El documento también pone demanifiesto quelas grandes empresas son las que más dinero recaudan en elimpuesto que grava los beneficios empresariales. La recaudación en el Impuestosobre Sociedades se concentra en las empresas cuya facturación supera los 100millones de euros. De hecho, estas empresas aportaron en 2014, los últimosdatos de recaudación consolidados, el 57,52% del Impuesto recaudado a pesar deque sólo son 2.090empresas, un 0,002% del total. Los empresarios creen quedonde sí hay margen de mejora es en la lucha contra la economía sumergida, cuyareducción incrementaría en varios puntos la recaudación.

La Fundación ATRESMEDIA y Fundación MAPFRE incluyen al IESE como socio académico en la iniciativa ‘Descubre la FP’

La Fundación ATRESMEDIA, Fundación MAPFRE y el IESE Business School han firmado un convenio para desarrollar iniciativas que impulsen la Formación Profesional, conscientes de que es un ámbito educativo con un gran futuro y que se perfila como una vía fundamental para mejorar la empleabilidad juvenil. Las áreas de colaboración conjunta contemplan, entre otras acciones, la elaboración de estudios sobre Formación Profesional y diferentes propuestas para facilitar la inserción de los alumnos de FP en el mercado laboral, así como la organización de encuentros que favorezcan el contacto y la cooperación entre los centros educativos de FP y las empresas. En virtud de este acuerdo, el IESE se convierte en socio académico y se amplía la colaboración entre las tres entidades, que se inició con la publicación del estudio ‘Reflexiones sobre la Formación Profesional de Grado Medio y Superior en España’ y enmarcada dentro de ‘Descubre la FP’, iniciativa a la que se suma la escuela de negocios como parte de sus proyectos de acción social para erradicar el desempleo juvenil. Este informe revela, entre sus principales conclusiones, la creciente tasa de empleabilidad de la FP existente en España. De hecho, en los próximos años la mitad de los puestos de trabajo que demandarán las empresas necesitarán profesionales con una cualificación intermedia, precisamente para los que prepara la Formación Profesional. Silvio González, consejero delegado de ATRESMEDIA; Julio Domingo, director general de Fundación MAPFRE y Francisco Iniesta, director del IESE Business School Madrid han firmado hoy este convenio que busca potenciar la Formación Profesional, un ámbito educativo que ha demostrado su eficacia para hacer frente al fracaso y al abandono escolar temprano.

ADEMI inaugura un nuevo Centro de Formación en Sevilla, que se une a los ya existentes en Madrid, Barcelona y Lérida

Siguiendo la filosofía de la formación con vivencias, la Asociación inauguró el pasado mes de diciembre el nuevo Centro de Formación en Dos Hermanas, Sevilla.   Sevilla   El pasado 12 de diciembre, ADEMI lanzó en Sevilla su primera convocatoria mensual de cursos abiertos.   Desde esa fecha se están impartiendo cursos de formación cerrados para las empresas, así como cursos in company.   Además, desde el Centro de Sevilla se imparten in company los siguientes cursos teórico-prácticos:   • TET BT (16h, 20h,24h). • RD 614/2001. • Operador de puente grúa, Operador PEMP sobre camión y/o sobre furgón.   El Centro consta de 550 m2, con cuatro aulas de formación, oficinas; y 400 m2 preparados para la impartición de prácticas de altura, electricidad, ATEX, espacios confinados, plataformas elevadoras, etc.   El pasado 26 de diciembre se fijó la fecha para auditoría para la certificación Telco del centro (altura, riesgo eléctrico y espacio confinado).   Madrid   Hace ya tres años que fue inaugurado el Centro de Formación ADEMI en San Sebastián de los Reyes(Madrid), que ha posibilitado la impartición de formación teórico-práctica en áreas que hasta el momento no se desarrollaban, pero que eran muy necesarias para aunar e incorporar la prevención de riesgos laborales en el quehacer diario de los trabajadores.   Durante este tiempo,la Asociación ha incrementado y mejorado sus acciones formativas, ampliando su catálogo de cursos en las diferentes áreas y ha convertido el Centro de Formación en un centro de entrenamiento.   En 2018, más de 6.600 trabajadores se han formado en las más de 600 acciones formativas llevadas a cabo por el centro de Madrid.   El 20% de estas acciones han sido realizadas in company o fuera del centro, trasladando equiposy formadores a diferentes ciudades de España.   En 2018 se han ampliado las instalaciones, contando en la actualidad con siete aulas y la posibilidad de impartir cinco acciones formativas prácticas simultáneamente.   Barcelona y Lérida   En julio de 2017,tomando como punto de partida la experiencia satisfactoria del centro deformación de San Sebastián de los Reyes, en Madrid, surgió la necesidad de llevar la formación de ADEMI a otros ámbitos geográficos.   Barcelona fue primer objetivo de este desarrollo.   La necesidad de una implantación rápida para afrontar los retos formativos que 2018 planteaba llevó a optar por un modelo distinto pero que permitiera mantener los niveles de servicio y calidad que exigen tanto las empresas como el sector.   Con ese espíritu,encontramos un compañero de viaje en GEP Services y en sus instalaciones de Sabadell (Barcelona). Los primeros meses de vida, ADEMI fue transformando las instalaciones existentes focalizadas a los ámbitos de la emergencia y el rescate hacia recreaciones y escenarios más cercanos a sus actividades:circuitos aéreos dotados de líneas de vida verticales y horizontales (flexibles, de raíl, provisionales, etc.), postes demadera y hormigón, simuladores de cubiertas, un espacio confinado sobre un contenedor marítimo adaptado con boca de hombre y circuito de orientación interno, cuadros eléctricos para las formaciones de riesgo eléctrico, etc. Es notoria la transformación que la nave de Sabadell ha experimentado en este periodo y que ha permitido ampliar la oferta formativa de acuerdo a las exigencias más actuales.   De este modo, 2018,el primer año de andadura de este proyecto, ha venido marcado por esta evolución centrada en la adecuación y mejora de los espacios formativos, incluida la transformación del altillo en un aula moderna y a la altura de las expectativas.
